1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Creative Workflow Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Your subscription grants you access to premium newsletter content.

• Payments are processed securely, and you agree to the pricing and billing terms at checkout.

• Automatic renewals apply unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

I understand that things don’t always go as planned, so I’ve put together this refund policy to keep things simple and fair.

Eligibility for Refunds

Here’s when you can request a refund:

• Accidental Purchases: If you subscribed by mistake, email me within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll issue a full refund.

• Not What You Expected: If you’re unhappy with your subscription, let me know within 14 days of your payment, and I’ll review your request.

• Renewals You Didn’t Want: If your subscription renewed automatically and you don’t want to continue, contact me within 7 days of the renewal date for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you need a refund, it’s easy:

• Email me: Send a message to shannon@creativeworkflowlab.com with your subscription details and why you’re requesting a refund.

• Give me a moment: I’ll review your request within 3 business days and get back to you.

• Refund timing: Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method. It might take 5–10 business days to show up in your account.

A Few Limitations

• I can’t offer refunds for subscriptions older than 30 days, unless required by law.

• For content you’ve already accessed, I may offer a partial refund depending on the situation.

• I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of my content.
